    Good causes win at Not Jingle Balls 2 Tournament

    There was no snow this year to interrupt the second running of the Not Jingle Balls Charity tournament on 9 December at the Royal Masonic School in Rickmansworth, and the 10 teams that competed didn’t disappoint as they got into the spirit of the event, dressing in a variety of Christmas-based outfits and generously taking part in the tombola.

    New venue set for London Indoor Softball League

    The London Indoor Softball League, which has been operating at a one-court venue at the Ark All Saints Academy in Camberwell during the Autumn season, will have a new venue with two courts and other amenities when play resumes in the new year.

    Large entry for fourth Indoor Tournament in Manchester

    Sixteen teams from across the country assembled at Powerleague Trafford on Saturday 1 December for the 4th Manchester Indoor Softball Tournament.  Teams travelled from as far afield as Bracknell from the south and York from the north.

    Not Jingle Balls Tournament proceeds are put to work

    Back in February, Maidenhead Softball Club ran the Not Jingle Balls Indoor Charity Tournament, initially scheduled for December but postponed due to snow.  The event brought 10 teams together to have fun and raise money for a good cause.

    Manchester Indoor League closes out its best season yet

    On Tuesday 20 March the Manchester Indoor Softball League wrapped up its most successful season to date, with 18 teams from Manchester and Merseyside having played in the 10-week competition.

    Sixteen teams attend Manchester Indoor Tournament

    On Saturday 2 December, the BSUK development team in the North West Region held the second Manchester Indoor Softball Tournament of the year at Powerleague SoccerDome in Trafford, Manchester, with 16 teams attending from around the country.

    Now in its eighth season, the Manchester Indoor Softball League, with 15 teams, has emerged as one of the most popular leagues in the region, offering players across the North West a chance to play competitively outside the summer months.

    First Manchester Indoor attracts eleven teams

    The first-ever Manchester Indoor Softball Tournament, run by the Manchester Indoor Softball League, was held at Powerleague Trafford on Saturday 11 March with 11 teams, and was a hit both with those who took part and further afield on social media.

    Record growth for Manchester Indoor League

    Since the launch of the Manchester Indoor Softball League in 2014, the original three-team league has boomed to 15 teams for the winter 2017 season.  Interest in this adapted version of the outdoor game has grown five-fold in just three years, and is gaining popularity week on week.
