Reporter needed to cover ESF Slowpitch Cup

Wed 16 May 2018

A reporter is needed to attend and send daily website reports and photos from the European Co-ed Slowpitch Super Cup being played in Riccione, Italy this summer from 30 July to 4 August.

This is the European Softball Federation’s biennial competition for European co-ed slowpitch club teams.  Sixteen teams have entered the tournament this year (a new record), and three British teams – Chromies, H2O and Pioneers – will be among them.

H2O are returning to the tournament as defending champions, while Pioneers and Chromies have qualified as National Champions in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

Riccione is a seaside resort situated just south of Rimini on Italy’s Adriatic coast.

The full cost of flights, accommodation and any internal transport costs in Italy will be covered, but not food.

Anyone interested in this opportunity should email for more information.
