    Autumn Qualifier for GB U-18 Men’s Fastpitch Team

    Following recent changes in age groups for international softball, the first European Under-18 Men’s Fastpitch Qualifier will take place in Gezer, near Tel Aviv in Israel, from 16-20 October, and GB’s first-ever Under-18 Men’s Team will compete.

    UCE Travellers win 21st World Series

    The UCE Travellers from Germany, who in 2015 became the first team from outside the UK to win the BSF’s annual Softball World Series Tournament, did it again on the weekend of 7-8 September, breaking a three-year run of titles won by the USA.

    Knights dethrone Pioneers in great NSL1 final

    It had been 10 years since anyone other than Pioneers or Chromies had won BSF’s the A-grade NSL National Championship, but over the weekend of 31 August-1 September at Farnham Park, the Windsor Knights broke the duopoly in thrilling fashion.

    NSL3 Nationals promote Camels & Ducks to NSL2

    The BSF’s NSL3 Nationals, played at Parrs Wood School in Manchester on 31 August-1 September, was a triumph for the Spittin’ Camels from Manchester, who won the tournament and also gained promotion to NSL2 for 2020, along with London’s Fuzzy Ducks.

    Playoff loss puts Meteors out of Men’s Super Cup

    The second game played by the Meteors Men’s Fastpitch Team in the ESF Cup section at the European Men’s Super Cup this morning was close for five innings.  But then the game got away and the loss put the Meteors out of the competition.

    Meteors gain a fine win at Men’s Super Cup

    The Meteors Men’s Fastpitch Team recorded their first win this afternoon at the 2019 European Men’s Super Cup in Nettuno, Italy with an emphatic 12-2 five-inning mercy rule win over the Croatian team SC Span.

    The second edition of the Chichester Falcons Mixed Fastpitch Tournament was played out in blazing sunshine over the August Bank Holiday Weekend, with four teams battling under ‘Fully Loaded’ rules at Oaklands Park Softball Field.
