Wed 13 Sep 2017

An invitation has been extended to British co-ed slowpitch teams to attend the 2018 Slava Hosana Tournament, to be held on the weekend of 21-22 April in Pardubice in the Czech Republic.

This tournament is run by Wayne (aka Tomas Rambousek), who has been developing slowpitch softball in the Czech Republic for many years, and who recently brought the Wayne Pardubice team to the Softball World Series.

The Slava Hosana Tournament, which a number of British teams have attended in the past, gets better and better each year.  The 2018 edition will have places for eight teams playing on two grass fields, with a seven-game minimum and a party on the Saturday night.

Other features include a DJ and the tournament‘s famous grilled pork with potatoes and onions.

The finalists at the 2017 Slava Hosana with the Misfits from Britain and the UCE Travellers from Germany.
